One of the most common questions we receive is about our turnaround time. We know how critical timing can be when planning an event. Typically, our current turnaround time is 2-3 business days. However, if you’re in a time crunch, rush orders are available depending on our printing queue. To ensure your order is processed on time, please note that our production cut-off time is 3:30 PM PST each day. At Step and Repeat Las Vegas, we offer a variety of banner sizes to suit events of all scales. Some of our most popular sizes include:

There are three (3) main types of Step and Repeat materials that are used for mostly every event: Vinyl, Fabric (Canvas), and Hard Panel. The quality of your step and repeat banner can make a huge difference in photos, which is why we print all of our banners on canvas. Canvas provides a professional finish and an ideal backdrop for photography. If you’re hosting an outdoor event, we also offer mesh or vinyl prints, which are more durable in outdoor conditions. However, for indoor events or any red carpet setting, we strongly recommend canvas for the best results.

Yes! To complete the full red-carpet experience, we provide red carpets and stanchions that correspond with your venue, event, or the size of your step and repeat backdrop. Yes, we offer white-glove delivery and setup services in the Las Vegas area. Our team will handle everything from delivery to installation, ensuring your backdrop is properly steamed and red-carpet ready. If you need assistance with tear down after your event, we offer that service as well. For nationwide orders, we can ship via UPS or FedEx.
Our full graphic design team can take your concept and turn that into stunning graphics that will wow your clients and guests. Our team has over 25 years experience with everything from Photoshop to Illustrator and everything in between. Our team are true artists and can design everything from trade show banners to elegant Step and Repeats for Las Vegas Gala’s and Award Shows.
We are only able to accept EPS Vector files or Adobe Illustrator files. By using vector files we are able to scale the images without any loss in quality when printing very large files. If we used a jpg or png, the image would become pixelated when enlarging the logo which would not look at all professional. We always tell our clients the larger the file size is typically better so that we are able to fully use what you have given us.
We can accept files through email, Dropbox, Google Drive, We Transfer, etc. We have file folders for our clients on most of the widely used file hosting sites.
Yes! Most companies do not have their own print shop which means they actually outsource their printing to someone else. For this reason they will need a week’s time to produce what we can in a day or two. If we re given a “print ready” file by noon, we can have the backdrop in your hands right after lunch the following day. We of course would like time to ensure that your print is absolutely perfect but we are known to pull off miracles as well!
Our pricing is very competitive and in fact we are the only cloth printer in Las Vegas which means you are able to get the highest quality without the cost of expensive shipping. We are definitely not the cheapest as our quality is our main selling point but as the saying goes “You get what you pay for.” as that item might be cheap for a reason.
Our quality is second to none as we print in 6 color instead of the standard 4 color print. Its funny when we show up to the Las Vegas Convention Center and another company always asks where we do our printing as their print has much lower quality. Those are the types of clients who also send us files that same day and we are able to turn around their tradeshow graphics the following day to wow their guests as well.
The cheapest and most economical version is a vinyl pipe and drape which comes with a bag of poles and a vinyl draped over it, which is perfect for a one time use setup. We can also rent the pipe and drape as the graphic is always yours to keep. This setup is easy to travel with and can be turned around in one day as well. We can ship these anywhere in the US.
We currently accept all major credit cards for the purchase. Please note there is a 3% credit card fee that goes along with each sale and 8.25% sales tax in Nevada.
